Shipping Policy

UK Shipping
Free insured delivery is included with all orders within the United Kingdom.

 

We ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery, which are both tracked and insured delivery services.

 

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.

Expect delivery times of between 1-3 days

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using tracked and insured services. Delivery times vary depending on location but typically take between 4–16 working days. However, please allow for delays in customs.

 

Please note: The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in the destination country. These fees are not included in our pricing or shipping charges.


All items are carefully packed and shipped securely to protect your watch during transit.

If your package appears damaged on arrival, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.

Returns Policy

1. Your Rights

If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email or contact form) within 14 days of delivery.

You then have 14 days to return the item to us in its original condition.

A full refund will be issued, including the original standard delivery cost.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

 

2. Exclusions
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

Water ingress – vintage watches are not guaranteed to be water-resistant.

Damage or wear after delivery – including impact, mishandling, or misuse.

Signs of use not present at the time of sale – watches must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

3. Faulty or Not as Described
If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess and, if appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
