Crystal: The fitted acrylic crystal is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or deep scratches which means there is excellent clarity on the stunning champagne dial. There are a few light scratches present but we have decided not to polish these out as they are not particuarly noticable.
Case: The watch is encapsulated by a 9ct yellow gold cased case and case-back which still have a lovely deep gold tone. The slight tarnishing over the past 75-years has given the watch a stunning rose-gold colour. The case itself is in excellent condition for its age with only light scratches present.
Dial/Hands: The watch has a stunning champagne 'Pie-Pan' style 'Cross-hair' dial which is a very rare and popular style used by Omega in this era. The dial itself is in great shape with no scratches or damage and only some light patina present. The hands are equally in nice shape and perfectly match the gold colour of the case.
Movement: The watch contains the Omega Caliber 265 manual wind movement - this is running exceptionally well, winding and time setting is effortless and the watch holds time within +7s/day which is comparable to many modern watches.
Strap: The watch has been fitted with a stunning brand new brown calf-leather strap with a gold-plated buckle which complements the watch very nicely.
